Carol'S Marinade For Tri-Tips Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    Tbsp. water
    5 garlic cloves
    fresh ginger, grated or Tbsp. ground ginger
    3 or 4 green onions
    little pineapple juice to your taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Pour over tri-tip roast or London broil.
    Let sit in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, then cook.
