"Good For You" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 scoop vanilla Slim Fast
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    1 blop Cool Whip
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    6 oz. (2%) milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together, sprinkle more cinnamon on top of another blop of Cool Whip.
    This makes for a good muscle tone builder with fiber \"shake.\"
    My Mother and I developed this milk shake for me when I was about 8 years old so I could gain a little weight and get extra fiber in my diet because I don't eat green vegetables.
