Chicken With Lemon And Olives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, chopped or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3 green onions, chopped (whites only)
1/4 c. water
1 c. black olives
2 to 4 tsp. lemon juice
olive oil for frying
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Brown chicken on both sides; remove.
Add garlic and chopped green onions; saute. Add water.
Return chicken to pan; salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
Remove chicken again.
Boil pan juices 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in lemon juice and olives. Pour over the chicken.
Serves 4.
