Diabetic Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Raisin Bran cereal
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 packet Butter Buds (made into liquid)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix cereal, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and Butter Buds and mix well.
    Spray muffin tins with nonstick coating agent.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
