Rhubarb Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh rhubarb, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix (your own)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. red hot cinnamons
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over rhubarb.
    Let stand 5 minutes; drain well.
    Combine the sugar with the water.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Prepare biscuit mix. Roll dough 1/2-inch thick.
    Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with the 1/2 cup sugar, then sprinkle with rhubarb. Sprinkle red hot cinnamons on top.
    Roll as for jelly roll. Cut in 1-inch slices.
    Place slices in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Pour boiling syrup over rolls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Absolutely delicious!
