Emerald Dressing(For Seafood Or Green Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. vinegar wine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. sugar or 2 tsp. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
