Mexican Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 tomato
    5 eggs
    1/2 lb. sausage
    2 large potatoes
    1 pkg. tortillas
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel and
    dice potatoes.
    Fry separately.
    Fry sausage, onion and green
    pepper.\tAdd
    eggs
    and cheese.\tAdd potatoes and diced tortillas.
    Make sure tomatoes are heated thoroughly.
    Put 1 large spoonful in each tortilla.
    Wrap and serve.
