Sweet-N-Sour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 medium purple onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together in a bowl.
    Pour 1 cup sugar on top.
    Do not stir.
    Refrigerate.
    Stir sugar into salad before serving.
    Drain if you like.
