Roast Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) leg of lamb
    4 cloves of garlic
    1/2 lemon (juice)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make incisions in the meat with a sharp knife and fill with garlic pieces.
    Make incisions about every 3 inches or so all over the meat.
    Rub meat with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Wrap in foil; place in oven roaster.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes per pound.
