Onion Beef(Makes 4 Or 5 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. beef sirloin, thin sliced across the grain*
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Chinese wine or dry sherry
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 c. beef broth
    3/2 hoisin sauce
    pinch of black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. minced ginger
    1 thinly sliced onion
    4 green onions (including tops), cut into 2 inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    *Thaw beef partially, it will be easier to slice that way.
