Van'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can pinto beans
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt cheese along with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
    To beef, add cheese mixture, bean and soup.
    Stir.
    In baking dish, cover bottom with chips.
    Pour mixture over chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with sour cream, grated cheese, lettuce, black olives and green onions, if you like.
