Chicken Thighs With Tarragon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 onion, finely diced
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. sherry or Port
    3 Tbsp. minced tarragon
    1 tsp. minced garlic or garlic chives
    sea salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, place the chicken thighs, one layer thick.
    In a heavy saucepan, melt the butter.
    Add the onions and cook until translucent.
    Add the flour, stirring until very thick. Gradually add the cream and stock, stirring to maintain a thick sauce consistency.
    Add the next five ingredients.
