Zucchini Casserole Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. stale breadcrumbs
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 large eggs, beaten well
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dry
Preparation
    In a bowl combine all ingredients well; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Transfer to 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
