Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean venison, sliced thin
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 onion, chopped
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix liquid smoke, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper in large enough bowl to soak meat in overnight.
    Place in dehydrator or oven at 150\u00b0 for 10 to 12 hours, or until desired dryness.
