Thai-Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lb. pork, diced
4 eggs, beaten with salt and pepper
4 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. fish sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
5 scallions, chopped
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp or chicken
Preparation

Heat oil in wok or large frypan and fry onion and garlic until golden.
Add the pork and stir-fry until just cooked through.
Make a hole in center or pork and pour in seasoned eggs; scramble.
Toss in rice and stir.
Sprinkle the fish, chili and soy sauces over mixture.
Then add the green pepper, tomato, scallions and shrimp, stirring until mixed.
