Joyous Sunday Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saut sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet. Pour off drippings. Add flour and salt, blending well. Gradually add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in macaroni and 1 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
