Gingered Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. tofu
    1 tsp. ground ginger or 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    granulated garlic
    soy sauce/tamari
Preparation
    Drain tofu, rinse, dry on a towel and cut into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes.
    Heat oil in wok or skillet until quite hot.
    Add tofu.
    Fry until lightly golden.
    Lower heat.
    Add ginger, garlic to taste and a little tamari if desired.
    Kids like it like this or set this aside and add it to stir-fried veggies.
