"No-Bake" Cookie Crumble Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox gelatine
1/4 c. milk
1 c. milk, heated to boiling
2 (8 oz.) pkg. each cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
extra serving size prepared graham cracker crust
Oreo cookies, coarsely crumbled (1 c.)
Preparation

In blender, sprinkle Knox gelatine over cold milk.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.
Pour in gelatine mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Makes 10 servings.
