Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen potatoes (hash browns)
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can potato soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Stir well.
    Bake in a greased 2-quart shallow dish at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
