Santee Catfish Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices salt pork
2 cups water
5 medium sized catfish
1 onion
3 potatoes, diced
1 can of tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown salt pork.
Add 2 cups water.
Boil fish and onions in water for 30 minutes.
Remove bones from fish and return to water. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
