Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 potatoes, boiled in water
1 roll garlic cheese
1 roll jalapeno cheese
1 bell pepper
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 jar pimiento peppers
Preparation

Peel and layer potatoes with thin strips of bell peppers and pimiento.
Melt butter and add flour, milk and cheeses.
Pour sauce over potatoes and cover with foil.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until done.
Good with ham or steaks.
