Hot Fudge For Sundaes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt chocolate squares and 1/2 cup butter or margarine in top of double boiler.
    Add salt.
    Then add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time. Stir well after each addition.
    Then add evaporated milk, small amount at a time.
    Continue cooking until thickened.
    Serve hot over ice cream.
