Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Leftover roast beef
    Onion
    Hot pepper
    Tortillas
    Enchilada sauce or salsa
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Shred roast beef, add onion and hot pepper to taste.
    Simmer until tender.
    Roll meat mixture in tortillas, then deep fry until crispy.
    Serve with Enchilada sauce, salsa and cheese.
