Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    5 c. cake flour
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. or more lemon flavoring
    2 tsp. or more rum flavoring
    1/4 lb. candied cherries
    1/4 lb. candied pineapple
    2 1/4 c. pecans
    1 box white raisins (15 oz.)
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking powder at least twice.
    Cut up fruit and nuts.
    Use 1 cup of the flour to roll the fruit and nuts in.
    Beat eggs separately.
    Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs.
    Add flavoring.
    Fold in remaining eggs.
    Add flavoring; fold in nuts and fruit.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
