Cheezie Potatoes And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 large bag instant potato flakes
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Add water, salt, margarine and broccoli to a pot that holds at least 4 quarts.
    Place on burner and bring to a boil.
    Add milk and remove from heat immediately.
    Add potato flakes and stir with a fork.
    Place in a large casserole dish; cover with cheese. Place in a 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
