Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 oz. diced jalapeno peppers
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. regular milk
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix all but cheese; fold in cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown in 13 x 9-inch pan, about 45 minutes.
