Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together rhubarb and jello.
    Spread over first layer.
    Mix together butter, sugar and flour.
    Crumble over top of rhubarb mixture and pat lightly.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
