Baked Fish(Serves 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
    4 oz. water
    curry powder to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. thyme or rosemary
    4 oz. sole, flounder or haddock
    1/2 slice diet bread, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine seasonings with chicken soup dissolved in water.
    Coat fish in this mixture, then in bread crumbs.
    Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
