Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. whole carrots
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise
bread crumbs (for topping)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation

Scrape and cook carrots whole.
When softened, cut into desired shapes.
Mix all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Add to carrots, mixing well.
Top with crumbs.
Some cheese may be reserved to mix with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.
