Cold Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 small sweet onion, chopped
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped ham or turkey
    4 oz. sour cream
    4 oz. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and cool; combine onion, green pepper, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Combine well.
    Chill.
    You may add chopped, boiled eggs, if desired.
