Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans, divided
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine plus 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened and divided
Preparation

In medium sized bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 stick margarine and flour.
Mix until crumbly.
Form dough into ball.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
