Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. clove
Preparation
    Cream together shortening, brown sugar, molasses and eggs until fluffy.
    Sift together all remaining ingredients and add to shortening mixture.
    Once blended, form into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
