Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut into thin strips
    2 bell peppers, cut into thin strips
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 stalks celery, chopped fine
    seasoning to suit taste
Preparation
    Place in frying pan with 2 tablespoons butter and brown for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Place in medium-sized casserole with 2 1/2 cups cold water.
    Place in oven and bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or potatoes.
