Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
shredded cabbage
chopped scallions
thin slice of meat
shrimp
Preparation

Mix flour, water, eggs, cabbage and scallion together in bowl. Pour 1/2 cup mixture onto hot griddle.
Place sliced meat, shrimp on top.
Cook until edges one dry.
Turn; cook.
Serve with mayonnaise or mustard or soy sauce or ketchup.
