Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. American cheese (Blue Box)
 
1/2 c. boiling water
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic power
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Shred cheese.
 
Place cheese and other ingredients in a blender, add boiling water last.
Blend until smooth.
Chill.
