Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats, let stand 20 minutes.
    Cream the Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix altogether.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
