Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large corn cobs
    3 cucumbers
    3 sweet red peppers
    3 green sweet peppers
    1 bunch celery (just stalks)
    1 lb. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Remove kernels from corn cobs.
    Put the corn, cucumbers, red peppers, sweet peppers and celery through a coarse meat chopper. Combine the sugar, salt, turmeric, mustard, vinegar and water; bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
    Stir in vegetables. Add mustard seed and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes.
    Seal in jars.
