Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Cream sugar and mayonnaise together.
Add sifted dry ingredients, alternating with water.
Add flavoring and mix well. Pour batter in a prepared 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done when toothpick comes out dry.
This cake will be very moist.
Frost with a vanilla frosting.
