Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium apples
    2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. dry roasted peanuts, crushed
Preparation
    Mix everything but apples.
    Save 1/3 cup peanuts to put on top.
    Mix in apples that have been soaking in the pineapple juice. Drain off juice.
