Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bricks (8 oz. or 1 lb.) Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 c. uncooked rice
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cottage cheese
2 to 4 oz. cans green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt and onion salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients and add milk until soupy.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Stir about 15 minutes into cooking time.
Add grated cheese to top of dish the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
