Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hard-cooked egg, diced
    1/2 c. potato, cooked and diced
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. celery
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Yield:
    1 serving.
    Carbohydrate 14 g, protein 8 g, fat 9 g, calories 169.
    One serving = 1 meat medium fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1 fat exchange.
