Basic Oven Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 c. soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in milk, crumbs, onion and salt.
Add meat and mix well.
Chill.
With wet hands, shape meat mixture into 6 dozen meatballs.
Bake in two 15 x 10-inch pans at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Place meatballs on another baking pan. Cool.
Can be frozen.
