Olive Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sliced, stuffed olives
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Toss slightly with a fork several times during the last 15 minutes of cooking or until liquid is almost all absorbed.
    Yields 6 3/4 cup servings.
