Betty Crocker'S Banana-Sour Cream Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine and eggs in large bowl.
Beat in bananas and vanilla.
Beat in flour, salt and baking soda.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch).
Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and frost.
