Lemonade Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox gelatine, unflavored
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 c. icy cold evaporated milk, whipped
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix gelatine, sugar and salt thoroughly in a saucepan.
Add water and place over low heat, stir until gelatine is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in undiluted lemonade concentrate, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
Fold into whipped evaporated milk.
Pour into pie crust and chill.
