Roasted Garlic Turkey With Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (5 oz.) turkey cutlets
    12 cloves whole peeled garlic
    1 c. olive oil (choose a fruity variety)*
    1/2 c. pesto
    3 oz. balsamic vinegar
    2 oz. honey
    1 lb. cooked penne pasta
    assorted lightly cooked fresh vegetables
Preparation
    Roast garlic in olive oil in oven set at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or just until golden; let cool.
    Puree pesto, balsamic vinegar and honey with the cooled garlic and oil.
    Reserve 1/2 of mixture as marinade for the turkey.
