Pepperoni And Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    18 to 36 slices Provolone
    1 egg, beaten
    2 packets or 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour
    8 to 12 oz. pepperoni, chopped
Preparation
    Measure the warm water into a warm bowl.
    Sprinkle the yeast on the water and stir until dissolved.
    Add the sugar, salt, butter and three cups of flour and beat until smooth (with flat beater if you have a KitchenAid or equivalent).
    Then add the remaining flour, a cup at a time (with the dough hook) to make a soft dough.
