Crunchy Fudge Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels (1 c.)
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    4 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels (1 c.)
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. regular margarine or butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Melt the butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in top section of double boiler over hot but not boiling water, stirring frequently, until blended.
    Remove from heat and add cereal, stirring until well coated with butterscotch mixture.
    Press half of the cereal mixture into buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Chill in refrigerator while preparing fudge mixture.
