Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast (your choice)
    1 packet Lipton Dry Onion Soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small bag mini carrots
    1 large or 2 medium onions, whole
    6 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Mix dry soup and cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water in a large (I use a 5 litre Corning Ware dish) baking dish.
    Place roast in soup mixture.
    Add carrots, onions, and potatoes.
    Cook covered for approximately 2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
