Herb Roasted Potatoes And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red potatoes, sliced
    1 small red pepper
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. Good Seasons Italian or garlic and herb dressing
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/3-inch slices.
    Cut red and green peppers into chunks.
    Cut onion into chunks.
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix potatoes, peppers and onion in shallow baking pan.
    Add dressing; toss to coat.
    Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
